Hi again,
bought 4 Tesla mh74s287 (82s129) from Bulgaria and the vendor offers me to program them if i send him the bin file.
Those proms are easy to read but programming them is another story : same name but # protocol....
I'm not sure i would correctly define the prom contents so if any of ...

Re: Sym-1/69
Well,to go back to the very subject of this topic, the Sym-1/69 binaries and the Addendum's copy ought to be added to the Sym-1 archives, don't you think so ??
There was also a 6802 variant called Sym-1/68.Any taker here ??
Thanx again , Rene'.

Re: Sym-1/69
If no one objects,i'll follow Jeff's indications as i only seldom used step by step debuging on the Kim1 then preferred the breakpoint method.
Garth, does by chance your addendum contain the 6809 listing ???Much usefull when disassembling binaries !

Re: Sym-1/69
To Dwight,
although i skimmed the whole web for ages, only the SYM-1 6809 adapter picture as above did surface,NO schematics and NO monitor listing AT ALL. (and,of course, nothing technical about the Sym-1/69) .
BUT the Heathkit ET-3400 (A) trainer ,powered by a 6800/6808 (rats!), had also a 6809 ...

Re: Sym-1/69
So it is what i was afraid of :scarce info,to say the least. :( .
I did however find some more data :
Heathkit ET-3400 had also a 6809 adapter.Looking at the Yahoo ET-3400 group,there are 3 files pertaining to
Heathkit EE-3404 6809 course. The 3rd one shows a schematic (no decoding rom there) but ...

Long time,no see eh !
I intent to modify one of my Sym-1 into a Sym-1/69.
Thus,i'm looking for data like the Synertek 6809 mod kit schematic and the monitor assembly listing
or,at least,the 6809 monitor bin file.
Of course, any other doc is welcome !!!
One can dream ....

OS65D and all
Hello Edzard,
you should have a looke here :
http://www.osiweb.org/osiweb/
Me too was looking for a copy of OS65D (to be used with the ELEKTOR Junior also). All i did find was the commented disassembly at the previous
web site.
Better than nothing i would say.
Have a nice day.
Cordialement ...

Help on APPLE IIE SCSI
Could use some help from Apple owner.
I "inherited" of a Scsi RAMFAST card taken out of a dead (flooded !!) IIGS.
When i "boot" the card by the magic ' PR#x' invocation on my IIE,it goes
limbo. The card works on a "sane" GS,of course.
RAMFAST does not exist anymore,i did however find some ...

And the 1541 board can make a nice SBC too.It has everything on board to begin with : ram (well,2K but to start....),rom,decoding,cpu,6522's,even a serial interface (to connect to the C64),power supply.
You only need to "commit" some programming to come with a small monitor à la Apple or whatever ...

Hi Daryl,
with what everyone wants to see on your (his/her) "SBC" (that stands for Single-or is it Simple- Board Computer, right ?) you will end with what we call in French "une usine à gaz" (gas-works) !!!
It seems to me that the real power behind such a board would be the "intelligence" put ...
