Original eForth

Post by agsb »

Hello,

I'm looking for 6502 implementations of Forth, besides the original Fig-Forth-6502

The link for eForth of Bill Muench: https://web.archive.org/web/200808291 is not working.

Someone can point where I can get it or it is lost ?

thanks

Not the perfect answer for you, but I put eForth into the search bar of archive.org and got https://archive.org/search?query=eForth .  A couple of the options there are:

You probably already tried https://www.forth.org/ but I'm mentioning it anyway.  This might be helpful: https://www.forth.org/eforth.html, also https://web.archive.org/web/20150816231 ... rth/forth/
http://WilsonMinesCo.com/ lots of 6502 resources
The "second front page" is http://wilsonminesco.com/links.html .
What's an additional VIA among friends, anyhow?

Here's a handy list of some of the Forth systems hosted on gitHub. A couple are eForth or eForth-inspired (including hForth), a couple are 6502.

When you say "original", you mean eForth v1.0 or v2.0? Because all of my sketches starting with eForth were v2.0.
