Very interesting - a small square PCB for 65xx and FPGA experimentation? Possibly to be sold as a bare board - looks like a coming-soon - and from WDC themselves.

Terbium is written on the board...

Looking at the WDC site, Terbium is just the name of the board. Looks like they're using the 324-pin Spartan 6.
Re: 65xxcelr8r - interesting ;)
I think Terbium became the name they used for their software development software.
If this is (to be) a bare-board product, soldering that BGA FPGA is going to be a challenge for any hobbyist. Of course, it's probably a dev board for industrial customers, not primarily for hobbyists.

On the other hand, a professional developer isn't going to want to waste time collecting the parts and soldering them on. The whole site looks very preliminary. Maybe they just don't have manufactured boards yet...
In any case, it seems like a weird board. That Spartan is more powerful than all other IC's combined.

I wonder, would it be a good board to sell to customers who would later licence a 65xx for the FPGA?
Re: 65xxcelr8r - interesting ;)
It seems like their site has been growing and is more complete.
