Can anyone point me in the right direction to where i can find a windows-based 6502 / 65c02 assembler-disassembler ?
I want to be able to dis-assemble rom-files, modify and re-assemble them.
Regards, Sean

Have a look at the Tools section of this site.

There are many interesting pages elsewhere on the site: be sure to start from the front page, not just from the links in the banner.

Yes the Kowalski simulator can disassemble. Use Load code... from the file menu to load the binary into memory. Right click on the disassembly window and use Save program... to save the disassembled output. It will need some work to get usable source.
