Issue with ATF22V10C

Interesting result Shawn. As recorded in my post of 19 April 2020 above, I'd previously tested the G22V10/ATF22V10C(UES) combo and got a failure (case 4).

I've just upgraded the xgpro software to V10.13 and got it to work. Which version of xgpro are you using?

I am using Xgpro V10.11. I haven't downloaded the most recent update yet.

Thanks for all the info! I'll try it out as soon as I've put my lab back together (probably in a few more weeks). This Corvid thing is getting in the way of my hobbies!

Is this issue of programming only with the 22V10C? I encountered what I thought was a PEBKAC issue programming a ATF16V8 using the tl866, but maybe it's the programmer. I can share more details in another thread if desired.

LOL, I had to look up PEBKAC.
I don't know of any problems programming the ATF16V8B or C parts, but I would be interested to know if there is something I should watch out for.

I'm hijacking this thread a bit since I also have a question about the ATF22V10C..
I cannot for my life find any information about the number of buried registers in this (underwhelming) datasheet: https://www.elfa.se/Web/Downloads/_t/ds ... ng_tds.pdf
Specifically how do I tell WinCUPL that I have this particular device? It asks for "pinnodess" (sic), which according to the manual is the amount of buried registers.

Here's the most recent data sheet I have in my library.

You tell WinCUPL which device you are using in the header of your design file. It's all explained in the help files that are part of WinCUPL. The correct device is g22v10.
