I've poked my head into the Gigatron forum to ask questions about how it worked, and to say I was impressed after reading through its schematics and source code.

While Turing equivalence tells us that a Gigatron could emulate a 6502, getting one to actually do it is no small feet. So once again, good work with the Gigatron!

I'm another person who's been impressed (and entertained :) ) by this project, but I haven't spoken up (until now). Very solid work -- the machine itself and the emulation!

In 1988 my 65C02 got six new registers and 44 new full-speed instructions!

I'm impressed too: Gigatron is a minimal hardware design providing phantastic results.

Also, the documentation of the hardware is very solid work and high quality, you don't see something like that often nowaday.
