V6502 complete version

I published the full version of the V6502, in the previous version missing the main file V6502.VHD, I apologize to everyone for the error :(

Maybe you should post the missing file in the original thread. Or else link that thread to this one. (I mean just in case someone in future happens to notice the old thread but not the new one.)
In 1988 my 65C02 got six new registers and 44 new full-speed instructions!
