Anyone try it yet?
Is this new software more supportive of BGA packages?
BGA IC's need vias that can have soldermask over the vias so they don't short out to the BGA pads that surround the vias.

I tried the software, I don't see the option but maybe I'm rusty. Been a few years.

I haven't tried it. Rumor has it when you load an existing PCB design into the new software and then save it, its internal format is changed so it can't be read by programs such as xCheck and Copper Connection. If that is true I will stick with the old version, since I don't send nearly as much work to EPCB as I did in the past.
