2532 PROM sub for SYM-1 2332 ROM

Post by jaevans »

Greetings,

I made an adapter for the SYM-1 Basic ROM code to live in a 2764 and it works fine. Now on to the RAE ROMs. I'd just like to confirm that a TI 2532 or 2532A PROM will work in place of the 2332 RAE ROM slots. I suspect it will be thought I'd ask again here to see if anyone has done this.

Thanks,
John

PS - Have a great weekend all !! :D

As an update, I couldn't get my EPROM programmer (well, one at work anyway) to program the TI 2532A EPROMs. But, I did have success with some TI TMS2532JL-30 EPROMs and they were plug and play in my SYM-1.
