SYM DOS
I just updated my web site with quite a bit of new SYM material. I have posted details of three different DOS systems that I have have running on the SYM. I have more material that I will post when time permits. Look at http://www.gbronline.com/n5fee/ for the information.

Wow,Dallas Shell, this is the best update i have seen this century ( and the previous one) !!!!
You have done everything i wanted to do.There is ground here to 1st use
the 1541 (and the 1571) i have stocked and later that bunch of single
sided 3"5 Sony drives i have since age.I did find in my "bric_a_brac" one SAB2793 and one SAB1793,Siemens sibblings of WDC parts along with some Nec 765 fdc's.That should keep me busy for a while.
As for the 2X22 connectors,no great success here,i have still 2 tracks to follow then if nil,i will contact you privately to practically discuss your offer.
Thanks again.
René.

SYM DOS system
I replaced one of the 5-1/4 inch disk drives with a current production 3-1/2 inch IBM PC type 1.44Mb drive. The electronics in the DOS I have posted worked ok with the drive using 720k disk media. I posted more details in my web site shown in earlier posts.
