Any volunteer proofreaders?

Let's talk about anything related to the 6502 microprocessor.

It's been a while since I've received any feedback on this, and in a week or so, I'll have an actual 65C816 available to test examples. So, if you have any feedback, please send it to me on or before July 6. If anyone would like more time, let me know. I don't mind extending the deadline, but I might as well finish it up and send it off to Mike if there's no additional feedback forthcoming.

Once again, thanks to everyone for their feedback.
Pardon me for being dense, but I have yet to see the manual. Where do I find it?

I haven't been able to finish proofreading yet, but I don't think I've come across any factual errors-- only things like stray CR/LF's sprinkled in, making for blank lines in the middle of sentences.

I e-mailed it to those who requested it. I thought you were among those who I had sent it to, but perhaps I messed up.

If there is anyone who did not receive it but would like to, let me know.

I don't mind fixing that, but in theory extra CRLFs in the middle of the text shouldn't really matter because HTML tags will eventually be added and in HTML, any number of consecutive whitespace characters (including CR and LF) is equivalent to one space, and would be rendered as single space by a browser. In the middle of code, that won't be true, since there's an exception to the whitespace rule between <pre> and </pre> tags, so any of those instances need to be fixed.

Today is the 6th, and I've received no additional feedback (other than what's in this thread), and no requests for additional time. I will interpret "no news" as a request for more time.

I should be finished testing examples later today (I found a few errors). At that point, the article will be more or less ready to go, since it's unlikely I'll be able to catch too much more from additional re-readings. Again, there is no rush, but I do not want to have a buggy document floating out there forever, either.

I could give it a try. Though, I cannot guarantee my result to be free of any blunders or errors. But I think that is part of the whole process anyway, and the very reason why you have to get a lot of volunteers to proof read the paper.

if you need me, I am very much willing to work on this project.

Hmm... I don't know what to tell you. I did some digging and I sent it via e-mail on 5/1 & 6/26 and a PM on 6/26 saying I e-mailed it. Have you received none of that?

The "second front page" is http://wilsonminesco.com/links.html .

I have yet to send it to Mike. 65,536 distractions. :) I haven't even looked at it in months. I should probably look it over one last time before sending it.
