Re: Lab-Volt 6502 Trainer - Looking for instructions
Old topic I know, but these things pop up from time to time. Was anyone successful in obtaining and scanning the book ? Microprocessor concepts and applications is listed in WorldCat at a school in Florida but an Interlibrary Loan request was cancelled claiming the book was not available. I ...

Re: LJ Electronics Emma 2
If anyone wants to grab files and docs I already have, here's a link to the files I shared with Mike. Let me know if you can't get or see any of the files to the folder as I am just sharing the dropbox link to the folder.

I removed the old battery and replaced it with what I had around. $25.00 was a bit much in my opinion for a replacement.

Fantastic 8bitstedy,
I've got several of the modules you have as well, so if you get to scanning, I could use the following:
Microprocessor application system MA04/1 Experiment manual.
Microprocessor application system MA02/1 Experiment manual.
Microprocessor fault simulation and diagnosis ...

Re: LJ Electronics Emma 2
Hello folks,
OK, I've located and obtained a scan of the EMMA II Technical Manual. I emailed the POC here to see if the document can be stored at 6502.org and am awaiting a reply. The document is 112 pages plus cover and contents and is large at 50MB. I am sure folks will be interested in this ...

Re: SOLVED: Emma II Simulation
Garynewport, are you still around and do you definitely have the hardware manual? Would be great to get a scan of that available here or somewhere. I'd be glad to cover expenses for doing that.

Re: LJ Electronics Emma 2
Greetings all,
I recently obtained an EMMA II board and, like other owners, am dying for documentation. The only potential leads I've located are :
1 - store.lathes.co.uk seems to be selling the Experiment Manual and the Technical Manual for 55 pounds each - pricey for sure.
2 - a lab manager at ...

Re: Leventhal's SYM-1 lab book
I picked up a loaner for Inter-Library Loan (ILL) at my local library, but would still like one if available for sale at a reasonable price.

Re: KIM-1
One recently sold on ebay for around $230 or so but the seller didn't go into enough detail about tests and condition and he never responded to my question. My concern with the KIM-1 would be getting one with a bad 6532.

Re: 2532 PROM sub for SYM-1 2332 ROM
As an update, I couldn't get my EPROM programmer (well, one at work anyway) to program the TI 2532A EPROMs. But, I did have success with some TI TMS2532JL-30 EPROMs and they were plug and play in my SYM-1.

Leventhal's SYM-1 lab book

Does anyone have this book they are willing to sell or loan to me for a period of time? The full title and info is:
Microcomputer Experimentation With The Synertek SYM-1, Lance Leventhal, ISBN 0-13-580910-X.
Thanks,
John

Re: SYM-1 and RAE EPROM jumper question
OK, all is well :)
I first removed the jumpers I felt I needed to remove (C-2, G-6, D-3, H-6) and tested to see if the monitor and Basic worked (they do). Then added jumpers (C-1, G-2, L-46,47, D-1, H-3, and M-15,16), popped in the TI 2532JL-30 programmed EPROMs, typed G B000, and got the RAE ...
