Reset an PHI2 output WDC W65C134S

Can anyone point me in the direction in the datasheet as to what happens to the PHI2 output when RESÈT is set low.
I have a logic analyer attached and it goes to the high state, but would like to see that in the documentation.
Reason, as I know you will ask... I hope to hold BE low when Reset is low and set it high when the first transition of PHI2 occurs. This is to force the W65C134S to not use the internal ROM and go straight to an external ROM.
PS, Have this working but would like to confirm this is the datasheet.
