Places like that are always good to find, but not for 65-family parts. They still think man will never fly, 65 family is extinct, and that they have the only parts (museum pieces) left in existence so they can charge high prices for them.
You can get modern 65-family parts for lower prices, even one at a time if you wish, from Mike Naberezny here on this website. WDC is not making the 65c51 and 65c21 yet, but they expect to have them available late this this year, and I'm sure they'll be at least three times as fast as the 4MHz ones CMD and Rockwell made before. 65c02, 22, 134, 265, and 816 are in stock.

True, watch your prices. But they have some oddball chips like the 6581 (SID) and POKEY chips in stock. $15/$20 a hit, not bad. Your next best source for a 6581 is to buy a dead 64 off ebay and pull it. Costs about the same, takes longer, might be DOA.
They also have the 6526 chips. Some sexy I/O capabilities in them. If WDC were to do a run of those, mrr!
On the other hand $18.50 for a 4MHz 65816 when the 14MHz parts are available for $7 brand new....ya, that's a ripoff.

I wish WDC made some other 65xx chips as well like the 6520 and 6526
