I got my 65C02s from Coltek. Just email richard at the email in 8bit's post - he's very helpful & will hapilly send you prices & shipping info. When I ordered, the devices came next day.

I chose TRG here in the US as they were WDC's preferred distributor at the time and I can see why. Dave the sales manager was the first person I spoke with. He was very helpful and also knowledgeable about the packaging styles for the W65C02... Timely email response and attention to detail are key, and I would also recommend them.
