Thanks for the suggestions Okwatts and Gordon. I’ll have a play today and see what I can achieve.

I had a bit of a play around with clock stretching today and managed to boost my top speed to 24.75 MHz at 3.3v, which was pretty cool.

That's as much granularity I can get out of this 74.25 MHz oscillator though, so that's as quick as it will get, unless I attempt the CPU at 5v. But that will put a strain on the other components that have a max safe limit of ~4.5v.
I chose the 74.25 MHz base, as I am running the screen at 1080P, with a working resolution of 480 x 270 pixels.
Now with the clock stretching, the 6502 is running at 24.75 MHz (1/3 clock) and the screen is running at 18.56 MHz (1/4 clock), from the same oscillator.

Having a severe case of "What now?".
I'm at the point where I can wrangle this thing to do whatever I like with it, which is leading me to the problem of "creators block". Any of the hardware challenges have now been resolved and I have a very stable little unit. Just don't know what I want to do with it now.
