Quotes I got are for US, Canada, EU, UK. They weren't as high as I heard full testing and certification are, since these are basically just doing the testing to back up self-certification. Helps that nothing on this is an intentional radiator. Hopefully I don't have to send it back too many times and get delayed, but the retests are at least said to be free until it passes.

We did find the UK testing house we were using were very helpful at indicating areas of concert, and suggesting ways to improve things. We added a lot of small inductors where control lines entered and left the main PCB, for example. But it was still a pain having to retest after every tiny change. (Then again, we had an international market.)
