I added about ten to the list above. I'm sure there will be more as I continue working on it. They're used enough times to pay for themselves in memory used (including the header), and of course their performance is much hotter, being primitives.

Headerless? I've got DUP>R in my Forth for the Commodore 64. I'm not sure where I first saw it, but I find it useful enough to not make it headerless. The words I've made headerless are the ones I can't see a use for outside the kernel, like TRAVERSE .
