I used to, but found the drill route is much, much faster and the results are a lot cleaner and more precise. I used to use the pin vice drill for working with strip boards (have done for years) then not having a new blade for may X-Acto knife I tried the drill on a PCB. I'll never go back to butchering boards with an knife again.
