Stub Implementation Of Wilson Mines Co RAM Module

Full description on anycpu.org. Stub implementation of Wilson Mines Co Memory Module now available. I probably used the wrong footprints but variants directly compatible with Skinny 64K SRAM Chip, W24512AK-10 $0.50 (including shipping) are hopefully forthcoming.

If I'm sending one board, I might as well send others. Choose what you want from the full list but try to keep it under 2kg. No charge. Pay it forward.

  • XR0284/D: 4*4 chip stacked 62256 32KB SRAM, 28 pin, 0.3 wide DIP.
  • XR0285/D: 3*4 chip stacked 62256 32KB SRAM, 28 pin, 0.6 wide DIP.
  • XR0286/D: 4*4 chip stacked 62512/W24512AK 64KB SRAM, 32 pin, 0.3 wide DIP.
  • XR0287/D: 3*4 chip stacked 62512 64KB SRAM, 32 pin, 0.6 wide DIP.
  • XR0288/D: 4*4 chip stacked W241024AK 128KB SRAM, 32 pin, 0.3 wide DIP.
