I don't want to make anyone feel unwelcome; but although I don't own 6502.org, as an active member and contributor I would make the request that everyone respect the purpose of this interest group and keep the topics related to the 65 family of processors and peripherals and things that relate to projects involving them. If we each start introducing our other valid but unrelated interests, there are various ways our group will lose strength and effectiveness.

There's nothing wrong with starting a '486 group project; but if you want to solicit interest in a project unrelated to the 6502, I would suggest finding an offline method, such as privately E-mailing those on the list who have provided E-mail addresses in the users' list. You might do well to start another Yahoo group, which I think is free. Remember however that Mike Naberezny is paying for this website to support the 6502, and has put tons of work into it. I personally have plenty of other interests, but Mike has only volunteered to support this one. That's his prerogative.

Thanks for listening. I'll stop "politicking" now.

Garth

are homebrew group based in hemel did not mean to offend people.
are group dose have a roots deeply in 6502 based processors but we decided that we would be more ambitious. we looked on the inet for homebrew computer groups that have done or attempted a porject like this but found none.
so we thort we would try and ask for help at a place were homebrew computing is a big topic (here). we thort we might be welcomed not told off. this is the genral section of the forum and i did not think anyone would mind me posting this topic.
and on behalf of the hemel homebrew computer club i appolagise.
