After some pause I recently restarted working on the generic 650x replacement board "MockA65xx".
Yesterday I finally took the time to test the 2nd prototype version* in a VIC-20 / VC20:






Now on to work on stabilizing the 8500/1/2...

* Four fully assembled boards of the 2nd prototype version
were buried in my office since ~6months.

After a long pause we are back working on that project and finally the 2nd version
of the prototype PCB was just finished:

Many small changes were incorporated - and these changes were more time consuming than expected.
