I have a tube of chips that came with a couple of AIM 65 computers. They are 24 pin wide body dips, my guess is some ROM, marked: (the @ is actually a copyright symbol)

R322N-12
7678
@ 85 ICD
USD5185-2L
@ ROCKWELL 8611

Any idea what they might be?

The AIM65 ROMs I know of were called R3222-R3226. The last two digits indicate the intended socket z22-z26.

z22-z23 = Monitor (E000-FFFF)
z24 = optional Assembler (D000-DFFF)
z25-z26 = optional Basic (B000-CFFF)

Hi ristrand, and welcome - could you dump the ROM and post it? Could be interesting, and could yield some clues.

I have had the rom copied. Will post soon. Only text we saw on a quick scan was ICD in a copyright notice near start of the rom. And something about a disk near the end.
