hi guys
i am developing a toy board with Eagle/CAD, i need a bit of help with a chip
- PLL MC88915 in PLCC28 package
- mounted on PLCC28-S socket


i do not find the symbol in the library, any help ?

here's the image from expressPCB. I added the pin numbers. The dots are on 0.1" centers.
