Hi

I'm looking for some 4164 RAM chips, as would be fitted to a 128k Sinclair Spectrum (+, +2, +3 I think they all use the same memory). Not out of a 48k machine though as these were "defective" chips that only have 48k bits working.. or so I read.

I need 16 of them (128kB) preferably all the same type.

Fingers crossed... I'm in the UK.

Just FYI, the Commodore 64 used 8 of these 64Kx1 dynamic RAM IC's that you're looking for.

I found a lot of them on Ebay, even in Europe where shipping should be normally not a problem. At this moment an auction of 17 ended for only 7 Euro incl. shipment to germany. I saw your post to late, otherwise I could have catched them for you.
