I am a bit surprised that you are using the DIP40 version of the 65C816 instead of the PLCC44 package. The latter, in my humble opinion, is easier to work with—definitely takes less real estate. However, what will matter is when you put the juice to it and it works. :D Here's to hoping for a smoke-free launch.



Thanks. Had a super specific reason for going for the 40 pin DIP version. 20 years from now, it will be a ton easier to pull a 65C02 from an Apple 2E on ebay than it is to find the PLCC version. Plus I got a couple of the dip versions anyways :)

It appears that there may be a few kinks in the forum software. Twice I went to preview a post only to have the forum tell me I didn't have permission. <Sigh>

Interesting. I just tested it out using a rather obscure topic I am looking into and it worked even better than Google. I have found Google tries to be too helpful, removing topics that it thinks I am not interested in that I know Google has indexed. Using Google Scholar can bring up those.

Anyway, it seems my topic on instructions I was missing also, funnily enough, also is missing. Will all topics be brought back in? If not I can retype from rough memory; I have found more interesting information I would like to share.

It got me again with error 403.

It got me again with error 403.

I was finally able to post with code and pictures, so it appears Mike got the bouncer to quit turning away "paying customers." :D

I'm getting a 403 trying to submit, preview, or save as a draft a reply to a PM.

I've closed the browser and restarted it, but I didn't "log out" and "log in" (I have the "remember me" function on).

I'm guessing that the problem is pattern matching, or some point scoring on top of pattern matching. One of my posts was bouncing until I rearranged some text and tags. (Then, I think, Mike fixed that particular rule)

So I should rework my message?

Should I send the original to someone (via email or whatever if the forum is refusing it) so they can possibly see what's failing?
