BTW, and off-topic, it appears pizza is the closest thing mankind has to a universal food.  I recently read where pizza is popular all over the world and in the USA alone, it’s been estimated at least 10 to 12 percent of the population eats pizza each day.

You might consider using jellybean n-type mosfets as the driver switches: you are effectively driving them with voltage, not current, and you have so many volts lying around that driving them to saturation won't be any issue.
