couldn't you simply use the CUPL program that WinCUPL relies on in DOSbox or similar DOS emulators?

EDIT: turns out you can't. it says that it only runs on Win32. i wonder if there might be an older version floating around that does run under DOS...

Microchip does offer an up-to-date GAL (ATF22V10C, rated at 7.5ns). Naturally, the ATF150x series offers more logic, more I/O connections and buried nodes for rigging up flops, latches and state machines. It all depends on what you’re trying to achieve.
