Im 1984 by Mountain View Press the book Forth Floating Point and Integer Math by Koopman, P. Is published, and book and code is placed into the public domain.
I'm looking for a copy of the book.
Hope someone can help me out with a copy.

I was able to find 8088 source (in screen format) for MVP Forth to go along with this book on Taygeta's site https://www.taygeta.com/forthlit.html, specifically on his ftp site (/pub/Forth/Archive/ibm/mvpmath.arc - hard to access as web browsers don't ftp anymore, and files are in ARC archive format - fortunately linux still does both of those from the command line with ftp and unar), but was unable to find the book itself. I don't find it on the wayback machine either. That's a bit sad, as the only references I was able to find for it indicate that it was indeed released to the public domain.
