Hi All!

I have been playing around with my own C64 emulators for some time and managed to emulate a couple of old C64 games within them.

However, I have like sort of hit a brick wall with emulating this one game depending on exact timing of the CIA 6526. If timing is off just by a couple of cycles, the game crashes.

Does anyone have perhaps some links of articles on accurate CIA cycle emulation?

André Fachat might be the go-to guy for detailed info. He checks in here once in awhile, but if you're in a hurry you could try PMing him.

You could check the sources of JSBeeb and read Matt's blog. He's got the 6522 VIA emulation down perfectly, I think.
