Here's a major project - all in German - it's a 65c02 redesign, or model, at a TTL-like level with a microcode-heavy design and with some thorough design documents.

The model is in a binary format for Abacom's commercial logic simulator - free version (Windows only) runs only for a few minutes - but I thought the PDF schematic and the PDF documentation might be of interest.

Designer is Ronny H, license is free for personal use, I think.
