I just wanted to let you know about my project: JBit, a 6502 framework for mobile phones.

With JBit you can edit and debug simple 6502 programs on your mobile phone.

It's not the best emulator around, but you can keep it in your pocket; it targets phones that most people would consider obsolete, so you don't need an expensive SmartPhone to use it.

I hope I don't abuse this forum by posting an update about JBit; here it is:

JBit-20070928 is available. Most of the MIDP2 Game API has been mapped; this means that now it should be possible to write real games with JBit. Also, a minimalistic Paint module has been implemented; it is not included in the standard JBit MIDlet because it is mainly intended as a starting point for Java programmers to get started with the JBit Module System; however, it could be useful to some users too.
