IIRC a program called Double-Ass, published in the German magazine 64'er. It was capable of handling both the 6502 and Z80 in one file. Email me at GdotBALTISSEN (at) HCCNETdotNL.

I self use a self made assembler written in Turbo Pascal and this one also support both CPUs. The used syntax is based on a C64 assembler: Hypr-Ass. For those who are interested: http://www.baltissen.org/newhtm/mp_assem.htm
I don't if the ZIP file is up-to-date. Feel free to ask for the sources and/or binary.
