Here's the latest on the bulk order.

I've had requests for 6 boards. To make this an economical success, we need to purchase a least 10. So if you haven't already checked it out, please click on over to my site and let me know if you are interested.

Here's the summary:
-65c02 Processor

-32MB RAM (minus the last 256 byte page $7Fxx)
-32MB EEPROM
-256 bytes I/O space
-128 lower bytes decoded as eight 16 byte windows
-6551 ACIA with RS-232 level connector
-Two 6522 CIA's

-Expansion port with access to the full 256 I/O page
-Lots of jumper-selectable options

I'm currently writing a simple monitor program for it that will include Lee Davison's Enhanced BASIC interpreter.

This is going to be a very practical board so check it out!

Hello All!

Here's the latest on the requests:

I now have requests for 7 boards. 3 more would make the price around $25. Current cost (for 7) is $28.

Let me know if you are interested in getting one of these!

Thanks

Daryl

Here's the latest new. I now have 18 boards requested! WOW! I am setting a cut-off date of June 15th to place orders. It will take a few days after that for me to compile the actual costs (based on final quantity) and email all of those involved. I will place the order as soon as I can after that.

I've made a few more alterations, which will be the LAST unless someone finds an error (yes, I checked it three times but you never know!). Check out the web site for more info and thanks to all of those who have participated!

Hello Everyone!

We are one week away from the purchase request cut-off date.

I've had 21 boards requested!

Here are the price breakdowns:

Blank PCB .................... $22.00
Shipping US .................. $4.00
Shipping outside US .......... $14.00
Printed documentation......... $5.00
(I will post all documentation on the web site so buying the printed documentation is not necessary)

I'm looking into ways to accept electronic payment. If I cannot, then a check or money order in US dollars will be required.

I plan on including a copy of my ROM monitor which includes a reset handler, simple monitor, mini-assembler, and Lee Davison's Enhanced BASIC.

Ross Archer has volunteered his eprom programmer for those who would like a copy of my SBC operating system. Here is his offer:

"I'd be willing to volunteer either to blast their 28C512 EEPROM, 27C512, or whatever they supply me, for the cost of shipping
it back and/or I could supply the chip and sell it at cost + shipping."

Let me know if you desire this help and I'll forward your info to him. Thanks Ross!!!

Again, the final date to request your board(s) will be June 15th.

Thanks for all of your support.

Daryl

The board uses 32Kx8 (E)EPROM, whereas the 27c512 and 28c512 are 64Kx8. From my data book it looks like the 27c512 could be used in place of the smaller -256 and may even cost less, but I don't have data to know if that's true of the 28's. Better check before going out and buying a bunch. The pin-out difference with the 27's looks like it will only be a factor when programming, as long as the computer holds pin 1 high for actual use.
