Since it's been soooo quiet in this forum today, I thought that I'd let everyone know what's up with the My6502 project.
I got a few minor comments on the design. One was to add the bypass capacitors that I forgot. The rest were related to reducing current consumption on some of the glue logic.
So, after many days of heming and hawing over sending the board to a board shop, I finally did it. I guess that my procrastenation was just my fear of committing for manufacture a design that doesn't work.
I'm trying out AP Circuits in Calgarie, Alberta, Canada. Their "Proto 1" service, with shipping, will cost me about $125 for two boards. The board goes into production Monday, so I should have it by mid-week next week (assuming that there are no problems with the production).
More to come...
