Hi.
I am a student form china,glad to meet you all here.This is a good place!
I have met a problem: I want to design a machine just like a electronic dictinary .and I think the Mpu must include RTC, MMU, KEY I/O,LCD DRIVER(180*80), BLD, etc.the least merory is 16M datarom,the speed is about 1Mips.
I wonder if anyone would give me a suggestion that which kind of chip shall I choose.

I've seen pocket dictionaries...I'm sure a 65C02 will be more than enough for a CPU.

Where can i get the datasheet of 65c02.
and if it need the technology of ASIC or FPGA to adapt to my requestion.

Hi,

I should say that the 65C02 would be quite sufficient. It powered the Franklin brand of pocket dictionaries.
