I'm pretty certain the answer is no. Don't run a W65Cxx @3.3V VDD with 5V signals because looking at the datasheets VIH is VDD+0.3V. For 3.3V that's a max VIH of 3.6V

Still if anyone can tell me that I'm wrong and that it is safe to run 3.3V VDD with 5V inputs that would make my life a lot simpler.
