In the datasheet for the 74AHC573 (and many others), you can find this table for switching characteristics:



It shows 3 columns for this variant:
- at 25°C, min/typical/max
- min/max at unspecified temp, which should refer to the recommended operating temperature range, as per the note above the table
- min/max -40°C to 125°C

However, the recommended temperature range is also actually -40°C to 125°C, as per this other table



So, my question is which conditions the middle column actually refers to? Is this an omission?
