This is my first post, so apologies if this isn't the proper place to ask.

The Visual6502 project has done an excellent job in deconstructing the NMOS 6502 CPU as well as its inner workings. Even though such a monumental task has not been done for the CMOS version, I personally am only interested in the decode ROM, or at least a die sheet detailed enough to discern it.

However, I can't seem to find the decode ROM or a die sheet for any of the CMOS 6502 revisions, such as the G65SC02, R65C02, or W65C02 chips. Anyone know where I can find something like that? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Something quite close - and also quite beautiful - is the 65CE02, which Pavel Zima has digitised and explored. All the data is there! See previous thread:
Notes on reverse-engineering the 65ce02
