I have recently acquired an HP 16500B frame with the 16550A logic analyzer installed. Does anyone have any idea how to properly hook up this beast to diagnose a 65816 accelerator card for an Apple IIgs (Transwarp GS) and/or has an Inverse Assembler for this kind of equipment?

I keep getting an error that the cache RAM cannot be read/written properly (it is a zero-test). After modifying the EPROM, removing a routine and adding my own output routine to display the value of the A, X and Y register, I should get a $00 returned, but I get a $BF. This also seems like the bank the SRAM is mapped into.
(SRAM is fine as I have tested it with several tools, e.g. a TL866 but also with a homemade Arduino based SRAM tester)
