There is a lot of conflicting information on this.

Does the 68000 require memory 2x slower or 4x slower? According to a few websites, the address line is active for most of a 4 cycle period, but some systems interleaved the 68000 with other chips, implying that it is open bus for the other half.

I also see a lot of confusions over the SNES fastROM and slowROM speeds. Most sites claim that fastROM carts require 120ns rom, but there I've seen slowROM games listed as both 150ns and 200ns, and I wonder which one is correct. If slowROM requires 200ns then why is there such a big gap in rom latency but not in CPU speed?
