Hi guys

I've currently got a couple of HY62256 LLP-70 SRAM ICs, but they seem to be as rare as rocking-horse "leavings" ;).
As such I was wondering what you guys tend to use as main and alternate SRAM?

I've used quite a few different brands and never had any trouble with any of them (provided they're fast enough).

In POC V1, I use one ISSI IS61C1024AL-12JLI, which is a 128Kb x 8 SRAM with 12ns access time. POC V2 will use one Cypress CY7C1049D, which is a 512Kb x 8 SRAM with 10ns access time. Garth's 4MB DIMM uses 8 of these.
