I approve! We know there are differences, but they really are not deal-breakers, and it would be wrong to give the message that the NMOS parts are not useful.

As was coal for Thomas Newcomen and James Watt. In all cases, that's all that was available at the time.

The point is that for educational purposes, the NMOS parts work just as well as CMOS. And if the limitations of NMOS ever become too much of a problem, the device is easily swapped for a CMOS part.
