Hi all,
I've recently come into posession of a bunch of surface mount IC's (came in the same box with all of the PAL's and GAL's I got) - I'm sorting them out and I think I'd like to use a few of them if they are what I think they are, but I am not sure, and I'm not sure how to tell what the part might be exactly.
For example, I have a bunch of parts labled LS05 - I'm assuming they are 74LS05 IC's, they appear to have the right pin count, but it seems that I can't find conversions for specific manufacturers how they lable their SOIC's. Some of the IC's have full ID's and state 74xxx on them, but many don't.
Some have just F11 or F08 or F10. I looked at one site that I found that had some SMT ID's, but it was more for decoding descreet SMD like transistors and such, not soic IC's.
I'm pretty sure I have what I wan't/need, but I would really like to be sure, and was wondering if anyone knew of a conversion website that listed common ID'ing techniques for SOIC's...
