The video is from a talk (with slides) that he gave a month ago at VCFMW (Vintage Computer Festival MidWest). He tells about dropping out of high school after 10th grade and how he became a circuit designer at Commodore. His story reminded me of Jeri Ellsworth's. I got quite a few laughs from it. Along the right side (at least on desktop and laptop computers, but I don't know about smartphones and tablets), there are lots of other VCFMW videos.
