The Mesen-S emulator, which I develop in before testing on my SNES, displays the program counter as being 24-bit, so I think the author was considering the program bank as being part of the PC (I find the lack of ":" in 24-bit addresses makes this distinction between bank and lower 16-bits of the address harder to see), which I find understandable but also confusing. I think a note is in order. Pulling 16-bit values would increment the stack pointer by two so I think that should be a separate row. As for BRA, the instruction can technically decrement the program counter but a separate row to explain that it is for jumping around a page might make that clearer.

I don't object to the Cheat Sheet document but there are some issues, and it would be a good idea if it carried the same notice that's on your Flag Clobber Table:
