A fellow 6502 enthusiast M Cooper sent me a scan of the Scelbi 6502 Software Cookbook. I've posted it to my Web site at:
http://www.classiccmp.org/cini/systems.htm. Look at the bottom of the Commodore stuff for the link.

Happy Thanksgiving all!

Yea, that's an interesting book. I had not heard of it before.

I skimmed through it.

Some things I found interesting.

First, curiously, there's a bit on multi-precision addition and subtraction (I didn't look in enough detail to see if it was limited to 16 bit, or technique to go larger if you like). But no mention of integer multiplication or division.

There's the entire chapter on floating point, which I think is a great find, covering the 4 operators and ASCII->FP->ASCII routines.

There's the chapter on BCD decimal math -- that never uses the 6502's decimal flag.

But a good find, I think a real addition to what's out there.

(The decimal flag is used in the BCD routines presented in chapter 6 - are you looking elsewhere?)
