I was wondering if anyone knows of a development board for working with the ATF1508? Just something that had the pins out on headers and easy programming with the JTAG cable?

Something breadboard friendly would be nice.

Thanks!

BTW, I found this but it's way too expensive for what I want.

I have built a break-out board for the ATF1504

And use a ATDH1150USB-K ISP Cable to program it in circuit.

I have also one of these

But it is very time-consuming to connect all 84-pins.

In most cases a ATF1504 is enough to test new things and then I just copy the code over the ATF1508 in the final design

I happen to have one of those, along with several adapters. I haven't used it nearly as much as I thought I would.

Thanks guys. Yeah, my parts bin is full of kits and boards I thought I would use more. lol

Which is why I'd like to go a cheaper route. Now, I do have a PLCC-84 to DIP board but it's not vertical. Which means it takes about 20 square feet of breadboard. lol

Ugh. I may just layout a small board myself and just have it made. Shouldn't cost too much.

@cbscpe
Do you have any of those to sell?

I have spare ones. Just drop me PM with your postal address so I can send two of them to you (it's a give away)

Thank you! I certainly don't mind paying.

PM on the way.
