I have been messing around with the ATF22V10C recently. The ecosystem is all but non-existing; however, WinCUPL and WinSim run decently on Wine (expect occasional crashes, but nothing unmanageable). As for actually programming the chip, the algorithm is public knowledge by now (link at the beginning of this thread), so I wrote a quick Python script to convert the JEDEC files to something more microcontroller-friendly and wired up an Arduino and a 5 to 12 V converter on a breadboard. I could post the whole thing on Github if anyone cares. It seems to work decently well, though I couldn't be bothered checking all the edge cases.

It's almost always a good idea to publish code!
