Toy and Game company Cranium (
www.cranium.com) in Seattle, WA is looking for a programming contractor to work on their IC chips. Work closely with Producers and an Audio Editor on programming button-triggered audio files on chip-and-speaker sets for toys and games.
Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering
Assembly language programming experience, 8-bit programs
Experience with small microprocessors and microcontrollers
Awareness of various chip brands (Sunplus, Sonix, Winbond, Alpha, .etc) and their related languages (e.g. 6502 architecture); willingness to be trained on them
Understanding of hardware, prototyping, soldering, etc.
